We lost heat during the negative, windy and blizzard like snow time in Feb 2021. I called about 8 AM and they were able to have a technician come by 9. David was respectful, knowledgeable, informative, patient and kind. He did not have a part on his truck which my heater needed at the time. He was able to locate a fellow employee who was closer than going back to the office, in order to get us heat. We ultimately decided to replace the heater and AC to avoid a number of costly maintenance in the future. (Our furnace was 17 years old). A benefit of this company overall..... we did not get charged for an "Emergency Call" price, we were allowed to "borrow" the piece to provide us heat until the Installation team was able to install the new Furnace. The Installation Team, unfortunately, had to work extra hard, as they were scheduled the day of another big snow storm. They were running behind due to having to shovel out their truck. I received a phone call letting me know about this. I honestly expected them to cancel due to the inclement weather. Working from home it was not any concern for me what time they got there. We had not had a chance to shovel a lot of the driveway and walkway to the stairs. While one technician focused on properly the truck and trailer and how to best pull it up, the other was so kind to help shovel these areas. I know they needed it cleaned, but he did not need to do our steps, which he did out of the kindness of his heart. They bring drop cloths to walk on. They walk you through and double check that everything is the way you want it to be. Both gentlemen were polite and kind. It only took about 4 hours for everything. I am sure it would have been less if it wasn't for the snow. They have to come back later to complete the AC installation, but that is due to the amount of snow, not the employees or the Company. I am happy that I decided to support a local business that makes me proud to be part of this community.

Yorkville Heating & Air Conditioning quickly got me in on a below zero night. David Hernandez efficiently and professionally did a great job getting my heat up and running again at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again when the need arises!!

Of course, on one of the coldest days the furnace stopped working. I wasn’t sure who to call but tried Yorkville Heating & Air conditioning. I was pleasantly surprised when the phone was answered on the afternoon of Super Bowl Sunday. A tech was immediately contacted and David came out almost right away to fix my mother’s furnace. He couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. Highly will recommend Yorkville Heating & Air Conditioning!

David was so great! He didn’t get upset by my dog, he checked everything out. Cleaned everything that needed to be done. Even gave me some background info on type of furnace I have and average life span of if maintenance done well.
Gets a 5 star from me and a high ???? from Chloe. She liked him so much she walked right out the door beside him, guess she wanted to hang out some more.

I would strongly encourage anyone having HVAC issues to contact Yorkville Heating and Air. They were Professional, Knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to provide World class Service. I. Left message at 5am, someone responded right away told me They would have someone out between 9-11 and by 8:45 I was getting a ON MY way Text. David had his mask on during the visit and was very Professional. Thank you for a overall Excellent experience.

I cannot say enough good about Yorkville Heating!! They installed my Furnace, AC, water heater and e-thermostat several years ago. Whenever I have had any issues (rarely) or needed maintenance, they’ve been outstanding. I highly recommend Yorkville Heating and AC! Just this morning I awoke to a cold house - I sent a message at 6 am, received a reply, and shortly after 8 one of their technicians was here and identified the problem - a pressure switch malfunction- switch replaced, heat on, all still under warranty! Awesome customer service and work. Thank you Yorkville Heating and AC.

I called Yorkville Heating on Saturday because we had no heat, and they came out right away. It was determined that our 20 year old HVAC system needed to be replaced. They fit us in their busy schedule to get us up and running on Monday. I must say everything looks awesome and we have heat. Great job you guys!!! I would definitely recommend them for your heating and cooling needs

I’ve previously used them when my A/C went out. And since their professionalism, quality work, and great prices exceeded my expectations I decided to give them my return business. Needed someone out to check my furnace, possible repairs. We were in a time crunch due to moving and they were able to come out very next day, addressed the problem and returned later in the day to fix the issue. I would definitely recommend them over and over again

We had two complete systems, furnace and AC, installed. We are so happy that we went with Yorkville Heating and Air Conditioning!! From working with Joe through the estimate process to fine tuning the systems that we eventually purchased everything went like clockwork!! We had lots of questions and Joe responded each time with courtesy!! The installation occurred when we agreed. The installation was fantastic. Everything was done neatly and in the best manner, no shortcuts were taken. The installation team left our home as they found it, everything was cleaned up and disposed of. They also took there time to explain the systems to us before they left. We can’t say enough good things about Joe and all the employees of Yorkville Heating and Air Conditioning. Great company!!
My air went out the hottest week of the year. I notice it on a Sunday but did not call until Monday, I was told they would not be out until Tuesday but when I got home Monday night I got a call from Joe and he came over to check things out. We were hoping for a quick fix but no it had to be replaced. Joe told me the different options and the cost and I told him to replace the whole system. Thursday Joe put in the new system and you would not know anything was done. House and yard were left clean and neat. I will recommend them to everyone, Great price and service.

I came home from work on the friday that it was 100plus outside to find my air conditioner was broken. I called and within one hour Joe was there and changed out a part within 10 mins. !!!! He’s a really nice guy and he talked to me about the unit so I understood what he was talking about. No double talk. I will call Yorkville Heating if I need help again, and I will recommended Joe to anyone who needs help with their air or furnance.
